EyeSpace Online (formerly EyeSpace Cloud Services) is now back online at

Users will receive a welcome email when their account is activated and they are able to log in.

EyeSpace Desktop is now back online. Orders can be placed as normal, and will be queued in the ordering system when it comes back online.

There is a delay in DNS settings propagation for the EyeSpace website (, so this may take 24 hours to load for some users.

The EyeSpace website ( and Online simulation ( are back online.

The online ordering system is still under maintenance, and will now redirect to the status page for most users.

We will be deploying a major new version of our online platform, and completing migration of all practitioners to a new authentication service.

Passwords will no longer be required - instead, users will type in their email address and receive a one-time login code, valid for five minutes. This will protect against weak passwords, and enforce some security best practices such as not sharing user accounts.

We will be deploying a new version of our web application to handle these changes. This includes a new templating system, so you will notice some visual changes too.

Please allow up to 24 hours of downtime in total. This will include all EyeSpace services: EyeSpace Desktop software, EyeSpace Online (ECS), and the public EyeSpace Website.
